Needed for a fast paced environment. Preferably already certified or must be able to obtain certification within 30 days of employment. Have experience with structural steel and misc. metals. Be familiar with MIG & stick welding. Knowledge of TIG welding and reading blueprints are a plus. Prefer someone with crew leadership experience. Must be able to work with a crew and/or alone. Have own basic hand tools. Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license, a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical. Candidate should be drug free, reliable, care about detail & quality, able to multi-task and follow directions. WELDING TEST IS REQUIRED BEFORE INTERVIEW. Please come prepared. Shop Fabricator and CNC Press Brake Operator
Experienced shop fabricator and CNC press brake operator needed. Duties include setting up and programming press brake, forming parts to prints. Other duties include fabrication and welding and layout. Must be able to read and interpret shop fabrication drawings. Pay will be based upon experience.

Experienced Structural Steel and Misc. Metals Estimator
Candidate should be detailed oriented, experienced, well organized & be able to meet schedules & deadlines. We are looking for a goal-driven individual with ability to visualize & understand the building steps in projects. This position requires interfacing with architects, engineers, detailers, project management & suppliers.
The candidate must be experienced at estimating new projects & pricing change orders on existing contracts. Understand bid instructions, construction documents, specifications, preparing “take offs” for the labor & materials to perform the project. Estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items & field erection costs to include all equipment such as cranes, lifts, etc. Communicate with vendors for lead times & pricing on products & submittals that need to be incorporated into bids. Prepare all documents, proposals & change orders.
Candidate must have knowledge of steel fabrication, can navigate & conclude arithmetic calculations required for estimating, have excellent written & oral communication skills, must be comfortable with meeting clients & with reviewing contracts & scope of work, computer literate in Outlook, Office Word, Excel, etc. Proficient in interpreting / reading architectural & structural drawings, specifications & construction documents. Must be self-motivated to manage time, prioritize workload while maintaining organization in all projects, can multitask and work under pressure with a positive attitude, be a team member & able to interact with all levels of staff & management.

Field Foreman/Crew Leader
Field Foreman/Crew Leader for structural steel erection and installation of stairs, railings, and other misc. ornamental items. Must have experience with structural steel erection, stairs, and railings installation, be able to Stick & MIG weld. TIG welding a plus. Familiar with different finishes a plus. Candidate must be able to work alone and manage small crews. Should have experience with blueprints and layout. Must be detail oriented, have a driver’s license and a clean driving record. Able to obtain a DOT card. PAY WILL BE BASED UPON EXPERIENCE.

Job requirements are but not limited to - making deliveries, painting, loading/unloading trucks, grinding, drilling holes, cutting material, cleaning up shop, running errands, operating forklift. Candidate must have a driver’s license, clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical. Candidate should be physically fit and able to lift. Must have the ability to follow directions, work alone and or with a crew.
